TIAT MONTHLY UPDATE
October 2022

Greetings,

I am Samuel Butler, CEO of Take It Away Tom!. Last month, we successfully navigated the process of becoming a licensed DoD Contractor. As expected, we did have issues with the Veteran Owned Business Endorsement. With the direction of the company, we expect to have multiple owners since we plan on being a publicly traded company. Although we meet the standard, there is conflict in receiving the endorsement because of unforeseen variables in future ownership and company entitlements.

As for the Customs Broker license, we have finished our preliminary assessment on feasibility, and becoming a Customs Broker is in our future. While we would love to just jump in the pond and learn how to swim, there is a rather long process we will have to navigate before we will be prepared to take this leap.  I will keep you updated as to our progress in obtaining our Customs Broker license.

One thing that we are wanting to complete is our initial platform for public use, incorporating basic logistic functions that are necessary to conduct business. On this note, we are happy to announce we have successfully created, dispatched, accepted, and completed our first shipment request. This is a great first step to announce, and we are making great progress.

As you all may have noticed, the front pages of the website are coming together very nicely. I will give the disclaimer that the website from a computer currently gives a better user experience than mobile phones or tablets. We will be taking the time to address the viewing pleasure from all devices, but our current direction is creating the content, organizing it, improving it, and then adjusting it for effect. So please bear with us while we are improving the site.

In the backend we are focused on creating and organizing all fields for the user experience. We understand we are not reinventing the wheel here, but we are dealing with a big tire. Being forthright, we have a lot of things started and not a lot of things finished. This is not because we are not working hard to provide our clients, affiliates, and investors with a completed product. These are very big feats which take a lot of work to accomplish. This leads us to much deserved praise to our developers and IT personnel working so diligently to build TIAT and its platform. We are grateful to have such a dedicated team working on our behalf.

Now, time to tell you what we are working on this month. Our goal is to provide this platform by the beginning of the year (2023). For us to meet this goal we are focusing all our attention on web development over the next few months. Since the company is now in good standing, we are going to pause all integration and strategic partnerships temporarily until we have a more viable platform for our users.

We believe this will also show our current partners, future partners, and our competition that we mean business and we are not going anywhere. As we slow down with exciting changes in the company direction, there are still aspects about our future that we are not comfortable with. The overall dilemma is, after we finish building the platform, what is next? We will be taking some this month to answer this very question.

In conclusion, we are all working diligently to bring this product to market, and we make strides every day. We look forward as always to keeping you up to date.

                     Samuel Butler
