TIAT MONTHLY UPDATE
APRIL 2022

Greetings,

I’m Samuel Butler, the newly appointed CEO of Take It Away Tom!. Part of my current role within the company is to keep the public, employees, users, affiliates, and potential investors up-to-date on company affairs. TIAT is currently undergoing some extreme changes. Initially, I was retained to evaluate the overall health and sustainability of TIAT. My review unfortunately concluded that TIAT was a financial liability. The Company undercharges clients for services and is out of compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. A corporate restructuring is in order. I am sure you can all agree.

Beginning May 1, 2022, TIAT will be suspending all trash haul away services we provide until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this brings our current clients and staff, but our compliance with the law is now our number one priority. I can understand the overall discomfort this may cause, but I assure you that this is for the betterment of TIAT, our employees, and our customers.

You see, TIAT started as a DBA (Mom and Pop) trash haul away company located in Bakersfield, California and has been in business since 2020. The Owner of TIAT requested that I evaluate TIAT in its current form and take necessary actions to turn TIAT into a viable corporation.  This process involves bringing TIAT into compliance with current regulations while making TIAT profitable. The owner’s interest is to be able to provide insurance and better benefits to his staff and company.

With TIAT’s current financial outlook, the Company cannot sustain the cost of my services without an outside investor or lending. Lending is not in TIAT’s immediate future, as the accounting for the company has discrepancies. Without addressing and correcting the health of the Company, we cannot truly serve our community, employees, or our clients.

Which leads us to our future: I have a reputation for standing behind my work, and I have purchased 87% of TIAT. My goal is to provide TIAT with the influx of capital it needs to bring itself into compliance, create a digital presence, generate more clients, and develop a long-term business platform for sustainable growth and expansion into profitability. I have agreed to provide my network, staff, and resources to secure TIAT’s future success.

My initial direction for TIAT will be proper corporate formation of the Company.  As part of this process, we will be establishing a new business address and phone services, and obtaining insurance, EIN, DUNS, and regulatory licensing. I will also be addressing current and potential liability. This will entail concluding all existing business that is out of scope for TIAT. We will be also performing a market research study to fine-tune the overall direction for TIAT and determine the roadmap for our future.

I am excited to see the conclusion to the market research and direction for Take It Away Tom!. As part of the new corporate structure, we will be sending out these Company Newsletters monthly and publishing them to TIAT’s website. This really is an exciting time for TIAT and I look forward to working with you all.
