We collect all of your Affiliate Marketing Commissions until your balance is paid;
We hold your Company Share as collateral;
We give you three (3) years to pay your balance; and
There is no interest on the lent amount.
Important Facts
You will not receive your Company Shares until the Agreement is fulfilled;
The Agreement must be fulfilled within three (3) years;
We retain the right to dissolve the LLC associated with unfulfilled Agreements; and
Generally it take 60-120 days to fully register and incorporate a Corporate Franchise Agreement.
