TIAT MONTHLY UPDATE
December 2022

Greetings,

I am Samuel Butler, CEO of Take It Away Tom!. Last month we were able to finish most of the work on the front end of the website. We are currently working on some little things here and there. Mostly small stuff like alignment and font size on mobile and tablet devices. Most of these issues have been resolved, but some small discrepancies still pop up time to time, as we have created a lot of content and we are still creating more. We have updated our Terms of Use Agreement; please take some time to check that out. We will probably have a few more updates in the next few months. Overall access to the platform has been spelled out. We did our best to serve everyone’s best interests.

In the backend, it is very hard to keep up with everything we are actively working on. We have almost finished the fundamentals of how all the platforms communicate together with TIAT. This has not been without difficulty, as in total we are actively creating and developing 10 platforms that all must communicate and work together. This does not even account for the integration work for outside companies. So, sad to say, production has slowed down a bit while we are working through some existing code.

We are happy to announce that we have received an audience with Freightwaves Analytics, and we are currently in conversations about platform integrations for national analytics. This integration has a lot of possibilities for users, with real time analytics from a much larger data pool. We are excited to see where these conversations go, and we hope to report some good news in the upcoming months. While this will have no impact on the free analytics that TIAT’s platform will provide, it could help our users as our data pool is currently limited. Our data pool will continually improve, as the adaptive learning technology needs time to learn, which will come with additional use.

This month our goal is to complete the Bill of Lading Generator, which we have been working hard on preparing for our users. This is what created the need to implement new communication protocols between the platforms. Since a Bill of Lading incorporate signatures, we wanted to make sure our platform can accommodate that in real time for our users.

We are also making updates to the “My Profile” settings and shipping documents which will allow users to insert multiple pick-up and drop-off locations for a Bill of Lading. We will soon be incorporating the credit options that can be provided to Shippers, Carriers, and Brokers, giving users the ability to apply for lines of credit to use on the platform. These lines can be provided by our preferred lenders, TIAT, or you can introduce us to your current lenders.

As always, we are working hard to provide you with that better product, and we are getting closer to that every day. As for the upcoming months, we are playing it by the seat of our pants, as we are currently quite understaffed. This is also why we are introducing the Franchise Program to redirect some work and provide additional support to the platform. We have created a remote workspace for our employees and users. We are hopeful to obtain additional remote employees and partners in the upcoming weeks and months.

The beginning of the year should get exciting, as we have a lot of material we have not even discussed. We hope to be circling back and furthering our work. As always, it was a pleasure keeping you up to date.
