TIAT MONTHLY UPDATE
August 2022

Greetings,

I am Samuel Butler, CEO of Take It Away Tom!. Last month we successfully created some new partnerships and added 3 new owners to the company. We have started building our corporate staff and received great direction for the company with our market research. We were successful in creating the initial platforms for Shippers, Brokers, Carriers, and for our Admin. After creating a marketing strategy, we also decided to add an Affiliate Marketers portal.

We are also happy to announce we received our DOT number. We are now a licensed Broker and Freight Forwarder. We have also received our M/C number, and our insurance and bonding is now active. We have also started the process of becoming a Department of Defense contractor. In this action, we have voluntarily opted into building out a government transportation interface inside the platform where only government contractors and government agents can post and view transportation requests.

Congratulations to everyone in the TIAT family for sticking it out in these rough times, while TIAT is making this transition. While we are not ready yet to re-open our doors, we are well on our way.

As for other progress, we are happy to have completed our initial business plan, pitch deck, and pro forma. These documents have become our guiding footprint as we seek to establish TIAT in the logistics and transportation industry. We have posted these documents to our website on the “Investors” pages.

We have also managed to create a couple new partnerships to benefit TIAT users. We are happy to welcome Pacific Financial Association, Inc. and Plan Writers.

Pacific Financial has agreed to come on board to help users with insurance, bonding, and with DOT compliance assistance, providing discounted rates for services. Currently we are discussing how we can integrate and streamline their new platform with ours to provide more capability for both platforms regarding insurance, bonding, and DOT compliance.

Plan Writers have also signed on to help our users. They will assist our users is by providing discounted – professional writing services. They specialize in business plans, pitch decks, financial reports, and pro formas. These services can help companies with lending, investors, grants, and so much more.

The goal of adding these partnerships is to be able to provide relevant support to the transportation and logistics communities by providing better products and services at lower prices. After all the research TIAT has done regarding the transportation industry, we empathize with our carriers, brokers, and shippers and everything they must put up with to remain legally compliant.  Most of the people I have come across in our research are good hard-working people, only trying to make a living to provide for their families.

With all the outreach we have conducted, TIAT is dedicated in providing product solutions for the logistics and transportation communities. We are excited to see all the progress in the upcoming months and as always, we look forward to keeping you up-to-date.
