TIAT MONTHLY UPDATE
July 2022

Greetings,

I am Samuel Butler, CEO of Take It Away Tom!.  Last month we received our case studies back and have determined the direction for TIAT’s future. We have successfully completed all outstanding jobs, while discontinuing the services we previously provided, but no longer provide. We are happy to announce we have cleared all outstanding and current liabilities for the company.

We have also submitted all information for all licensing to become a freight broker/freight forwarder, including our insurance and bonding. TIAT bonding and insurance will not go into effect until our DOT and M/C numbers go active. Currently, we are in a limbo for vetting. All of our paperwork is in order and there are no disqualifying factors. We are only waiting for our turn in line.

We have created our landing page at takeitawaytom.com and have opened some social media accounts. Currently we are developing the platform at tom.oursite.dev . We are happy to announce we have obtained and distributed company emails. We have created and started working on a YouTube channel for future video engagements.

In a new development, with all the progress and changes that have been made, I have been given the opportunity to obtain full controlling interest of the company. While we are sad to see Tom Castro leave TIAT, we respect the direction he has chosen for his future. We want to wish him the best in his endeavors and congratulate him on his future success.

We are also happy to announce new partnerships and introduce new equity owners of TIAT. We would like to welcome equity owners Chris Peterson (Headline Media), Bob Bell (Full Blown Studios), and Aram Zoraian. As for company partnerships, we are happy to announce the upcoming integration of TAFS into the TIAT platform. We have chosen to make TAFS our preferred factoring company.

Chris Peterson and Bob Bell both stand behind the products they create. With over 40 years of combined experience in web marketing and web interface development, they have agreed to contribute their knowledge and expertise in developing TIAT’s user platform, apps, and web page, as well as contributing to a successful web marketing campaign.

Aram Zoraian has agreed to join forces and head our Real Estate Development Department. Currently, Aram is a seasoned residential and commercial real estate agent in California with over 10 years of insights in commercial retail space and contract negotiations.

TAFS is a trusted Factoring company in the transportation industry and has been in business since 2007. TAFS has agreed to handle TIAT’s invoice collections and payment disbursements. They have also agreed to provide our clients with exclusive benefits for signing up, including offering lines of credit to qualifying users. TIAT is honored to stand with TAFS in serving the transportation community.

TIAT’s goal is to become a trusted member of the transportation community. We plan on doing that by building and nurturing our personal and professional relationships. As always, we look forward to keeping updated with new developments. Stay tuned there is more to come.
