TIAT MONTHLY UPDATE
May 2022

Greetings,

I’m Samuel Butler, CEO of Take It Away Tom!. Last month we advised that TIAT would be undergoing some extensive changes. We are happy to announce that TIAT has made substantial progress in its transformation. This month we completed our formation as a Corporation in the State of Nevada, issuing an initial 20 million shares at a $1 par value. We also updated our business address and phone number, created a domain address, and received our EIN and DUNS numbers. Living in the digital age, TIAT has deemed it necessary to become a virtual company.

TIAT will be working hard to maintain its roots in trash haul away and disposal services, but we have not concluded our research in the financial sustainability of this sector. This data should be coming back later this month. For the time being, we have started working in the direction of a virtual trash haul away company.

Currently, we have filed with the DOT to establish our Authority. In this process a lot of questions about affordability have come up. Due to this, we have paused our application for our DOT Authority as a carrier until the results of this study comes back.

Other work that we have commenced this month includes generating a business plan for the future of TIAT. We will also be starting work on our pitch deck and pro forma for potential investors.  These documents will also prepare us for grants and lending in the future, and help build business relationships with potential company partners.

We have also begun developing our marketing strategy. One of our first steps is conducting a research study to determine what people want to see out of a company in today’s world. This also entails things like color themes, fonts, logos, overall appearance, and flow for the future website. With this study we will also be conducting a market study on what people are searching for in the transportation industry.

We have also started looking into diversifying by adding a material delivery service in addition to trash haul away. TIAT will need to conclude the research for these potential expansions. Our goal is to provide our workers fuller days and more hours by providing more viable services.

Within this month TIAT should have a very clear direction of what the Company can financially withstand. Currently, we are building our web presence and webpage, and will be building apps for Android and iOS platforms. This month we will be brokering a web development package for TIAT, while we continue to pursue our DOT Authority.

In conclusion, we are working hard to solidify the overall direction for TIAT. TIAT is under financial constraints that will influence the direction of the company. After the results of a couple initial reports, TIAT needs to evaluate the probability of success in the industry space it currently occupies. We look forward to providing you with a conclusion to our research and telling you about the future of TIAT.
